Improvement Area No. 1 of Community Facilities District No. 2005-2 of the City of Ione (Edgebrook and Castle Oaks Phase II) had an unscheduled draw on the Reserve Account of the Special Tax Fund on September 1, 2009 due to delinquent special taxes. However, as of September 3, 2009, the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account is equal to the Reserve Requirement due to the payment of certain delinquent special taxes.
